1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how VelorPixel ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by SurpriseToys Kft., collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FlagMaster Quiz mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the App and serve advertising:

  • Device information: We may collect non-personal device identifiers such as advertising ID, device model, operating system version, and app version for analytics and advertising purposes.
  • Usage data: We collect anonymized information about how you interact with the App, such as quiz scores, levels completed, and session duration, to improve app performance.
  • Advertising data: Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This includes your advertising ID and approximate location.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any directly identifying personal information.

3. Advertising

FlagMaster Quiz uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect data for ad targeting and measurement.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this App and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

4. Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics or similar tools to understand how users interact with the App. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. It is used solely to improve the App experience and does not identify individual users.

5. Children's Privacy

FlagMaster Quiz is designed to be suitable for general audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

The App complies with Google Play's Families Policy. Advertising shown in the App is configured to be appropriate for family audiences. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us at support@velorpixel.com and we will promptly delete it.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

  • Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) solely to operate and improve the App.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

All third-party service providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months. Advertising identifiers are managed by Google AdMob according to their own retention policies. We do not retain any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for legal obligations.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • Opt-out of personalized advertising (via device settings)
  • Restriction of data processing
