Privacy Policy
How VelorPixel handles user data across our apps and games.
Introduction
VelorPixel is a digital publisher operated by SurpriseToys Kft. (Hungary). We develop and publish mobile applications for Android and browser-based HTML5 educational games, with a primary focus on content for children and families.
This page describes our general approach to privacy across the VelorPixel website and our published products. It is not a substitute for the individual privacy policies attached to each application — those documents go into the specifics of what each app collects and why. Links to each app's policy are listed below.
We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind on this website. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected when you browse velorpixel.com.
Our Privacy Policies
Each application we publish has its own dedicated privacy policy. These are the documents referenced on the Google Play store listing for the respective app. If you are looking for information about a specific product, please use the links below.
Our Apps
VelorPixel currently publishes one Android application on Google Play and a portfolio of browser-based HTML5 educational activities. Our content is designed for children and families, and we treat the privacy of younger users as a core responsibility — not a compliance checkbox.
The HTML5 activities run entirely in the browser and do not require account registration, personal information, or any form of sign-in. They are standalone, self-contained experiences.
General Privacy Principles
Regardless of the platform or product, we apply the same baseline approach across everything we publish:
- We do not collect personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for a product to function.
- We do not sell, rent or trade user data to third parties.
- Where advertising is present, it is served through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. Full details are in each app's own policy.
- We comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies, including the Families Policy for apps targeting younger audiences.
- We take our obligations under applicable data protection regulations seriously, including GDPR where relevant.
Third-Party Services
Some of our Android applications integrate Google Play Services and Google AdMob. These are standard components used across the industry for app delivery, crash reporting and advertising. When these services are present, they operate under Google's own privacy policy, which is separate from ours. We reference these integrations explicitly in each app's individual privacy policy so users know exactly what they are agreeing to.
We do not integrate social media SDKs, third-party analytics platforms, or any other external services beyond what is documented in the relevant app policy.
Changes to this Policy
This page may be updated when we publish new products or when our practices change in a meaningful way. We will update the date below when that happens. We do not send notification emails for changes to this general policy page — significant changes to individual app policies are noted in those documents directly.
